Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in bringing you quality dresses for all occasions. If by any chance, you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly assist you in exchanging the item, provided the following correct procedure is taken.
If you wish to make an exchange, you must contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your package. (After 3 days, no exchanges will be made.)
Please write the invoice number on the box, as this will also serve as the RA (Return Authorization) number. Also, include a copy of the original invoice inside the box and briefly explain on the invoice your reason for the return and which exact item (style number, color, size) you are looking for in exchange. (Please be advised that an exchanged item is final sale and will no longer be accepted for another exchange thereafter.)
Returning packages must be postmarked within 3 days from delivery arrival of the original order. If the package is not postmarked within the allowed 3 days of receiving the delivery, it will automatically be disqualified for an exchange.
Please note that shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any S&H charges incurred during the return process.
Your package is your responsibility until it reaches us, so make sure it is securely packaged. We recommend that you use a reliable delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Any items lost or damaged in transit to us will not be our responsibility.
All items will be inspected on return. All items returned to us must be in their original condition, in their original wrappings with tag attached--if they are not, we may not be able to accept them. We do not accept any used or damaged item(s).
There is a 20% restocking fee for all exchanges. However, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% additional restocking fee if any damages or missing parts are found during our inspection. You are responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Refused, unclaimed or undeliverable orders are also subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The exchange process may take up to 7 to 14 business days from the day we receive your returned package. We are able to ship a replacement item only when all applicable restocking fees and/or S&H fees are fully paid for.
We do not accept any exchanges for used or damaged item(s).
We do not accept any exchanges for already exchanged item(s).
We do not accept any exchanges for clearance (or discounted) item(s).
They are all final sale and under no circumstances will they be qualified for an exchange.
Any merchandise received by air on a Friday or Saturday cannot be returned or exchanged. This also applies to all customers who call in for emergency air-shipping.
We offer a *5 day return policy for eligible items ordered online. Items marked final sale are not returnable. Sale dresses are final sales and are not returnable. *(Please Note: When ordering you will be asked for a "need date". If this date is before the 5 days than your RA must be requested before that date.)
We offer 2 return options for online orders
You can return your dress for an online merchandise credit in the full amount.
You can return your dress for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
Return requirements for online orders
You must request a return within 5 days of the delivery of your order (this includes weekends/holidays as we are here 7 days a week).
You can not request a return past the need date given on the order even if it is within the 5 days.
Dresses must be shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS only, post office returns will not be accepted.
The dress must be in the same condition as received with original tags attached.
Items marked final sale are not returnable.
Original dress must be shipped back within 3 business days (postmarked within 3 days) from the time you are given RA#. If your need date is sooner than 3 days then it must be postmarked before then.
